Artisan distillery producing hand crafted alcoholic spirits using proven traditional methods combined with new innovative technologies. All products will be made from locally-grown grains, fruits and botanicals. Initial products will be a new make rye grain spirit; gin and vodka made from grapes; and, fruit infused products such as bitters.
