Shipping

All shipments are sent via Canada Post free of charge within 24hrs of order placement. Items can be shipped to addresses outside of Canada. Customers will cover the cost of any shipments that require expedited delivery

Return

Customers may return, exchange, or receive a refund for their passports/products prior to the event date only. All passports must be returned in their original condition. Refunds or returns must be made in person at the Twenty Valley Tourism Association office, located at;
